Welcome to The Farm 12. Christian Leadership Initiative (CLI ) was formed to conduct Christian retreats. CLI's first retreat was in 2015, and CLI has conducted at least one retreat every year since then. Retreats have been held in Georgia and South Carolina in various locations. Due to the challenge of locating an acceptable retreat center, and the associated cost, CLI decided in 2026 to lease a farm retreat house from Allen and Louise Hughes. This house located at 333 Mulberry Lane in Salters, SC . Allen and Louise Hughes have used this property as a respite from daily life to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family, a gathering place for Thanksgivings with extended family, and a retreat spot with peers and they are encoureged to offer it to the wider Church.
